Anyone wants to learn to trade should start with understanding market structure first. Then comes the strategies.
Nothing wrong with the 20yr old with his 200 quid trying to learn regardless of where he comes from.

Belittling others regardless whatever it maybe is sign of .........

yeah, i kinda agree with this, in my case, market structure => Price action => liquidity => Fibo level => PnF => Volume profile
3 last one is the optimize for my system, not the base.

Understanding market structure first
Reading price action around SR areas second

Then comes the volume tools .
It takes lot of screen time /years 3_5 atleast to get the context of the charts.

Now CONTEXT at the top> market structure >price action >strategies.

This is only Half-way.
Second Half is the self mastery of trading psychology.

Guys i have started my thread https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/...gy-as-a-rookie and i am in the process of backtesting but its asking me to buy it any other solution to it?? shall i change the timeframe (i don't really wana do that) ?? or anyother charting platform with rsi and moving average??

if he wants to learn how to trade he needs to read and study threads that were created by people before about 2020 when prop trading brought in all these poor kids from third world countries trying to strike it rich in a month with just some pocket change they scrounged up

some of those "old timers" from 10-15 years ago if they didnt start out trying to teach beginners ended up doing so anyways like ellfranz and davit...gatorinla still at it 20 years later LOL...i see T721...hes educational too

the only thing hes gona find in this room is jibberish spouted by kids who just watched a youtube video and want to buy themselves that lambo the influencer driving not knowing its a rental for show LOL

Don't be too kind...sometimes the scammers are the one posing as "newbies".

1. They claim they are a newbie.
2. Then suddenly claim that they are following some signals provider and doing well.
3. Then you are directed to the "signal provider" which is actually the same person.

First of all day I am at work now.
Adam Grimes Market life site offered a free course for beginners. I used to share the link in the past. I am not sure still available though.
Lot of YouTube videos are out there. I shared tonnes of links ,pdfs in my journals along with my losing story.

Personally I learnt a lot from FF initially going through old threads such as No brainer trades, laughing Buddha thread by an Australian trader forgot the name exactly.

Everyone needs to get their hands dirty with the charts learn all the stupid things first then unlearning everything except few bits whats connects with them.
