good start to the week, if S&P 500 goes back above 6234 to cover the gap then gold should also return to week open price

Glad you ignore that pathetic creature. I look at demo to show me what to do, actual trading is done on real account. You can't make money with demo account, it's virtual money. You can open demo and real account with the same broker. Run them alongside each other.

For newbies:

Another very important thing you should be watchful for, is levels; which the market tests on all TFs. Below you can see what I mean. Most of the time it doesn't reach right up to the level and sometimes it overreach a bit but be careful. Levels for me are where bodies of candles level up. My motto is to take money of the table at 100p, then wait for another chance; there are plenty of them.
