ARB is definitely a real prop firm. No Mickey Mouse. I had a meeting with them about 10 years ago when the bank I worked for moved everything to Toronto.
They wanted me to put down my strategy so they can automate it, and they would test and see if it was good for them.
When I went to the meeting there where many good traders that I have seen in banks over the years. I decided to pass.
I joined another prop. The funny thing ARB acquired that prop after a couple of years.

I am 100 years old now. 33 years elder to you.

In trading, i learned that one should not put lifetime earning in trading acc.

This theory is well known to prop firms.

That is why they keep taking money from Master traders thro subscription fees of 50 to 500.

Masters ( all of us incuding me ) paid them in instalments.

That is why i am trying to change my strategy to use 1k.

After 15 years of trading at the age of 100, i can only put 1k. This way, i avoid giving propfirms in instalments.

Trading is difficult job.

Do not have to worry. The people whose DLL is hit, they have one more day to trade.

For the people whose MLL is hit, they can purchase another account by paying 50 to 500.

For me, my private account 1k as well as my futures account/s safe.

Yes, I use EMA, the best.

20/50/200 EMA in MTF format with support/resistance MTF , FIB levels daily , bands.

See my EMA chart. ( I have posted only EMA ). Important aspects i have not posted for security reason.

I am posting this for them. This is 150k account. With tradefy.

Today less profit due to restricted trading hours, upto 1 pm est only.

Fundingticks have a nice deal going on … with 35% discount and eval target is 2500$ only with no dll and can have max 6account i.e 300k allocation and they have pretty fast payout mechanism as well like mffu as per their discord…

will give them a try am all up with cheap deals with goodd earning potential

If you trade that way, its about Upside maximization, not downside protection. You take your deposit out after making a 100% gain and only leave profits in the account to make it risk free.

There is no inbetween, no Golden middle of risk to reward, you maximize profits and take your deposit out.

Any form of loss avoiding strategies doomed to fail. It's just a matter of time. The mindset itself is a default settings for a losing trader.
How well one can accept and dealing with losses makes the trader .
Period.

How much money can somone make till he fails and does it matter after reaching 100% and taking the deposit out?

In my Personal account i did 201.8% in the last two weeks. How long will it take you to make that your way being a "Trader" ?

I could lose 50% this year and still beat 99.8% of Traders with a 100% gain, thats after a 50% loss. And im not talking about a hundret dollar account.

I make profits and i can risk profits to make more profits, thats exponential compounding. I have a profit buffer and room for some drawdowns or even a 50% loss.

I do make 200% on my ic live almost everyday.
That's not the point. Can I do this consistently after 3 months or a year? Yes If I keep funding after every blown ups tell forexfactory how great trader I am.

Reality is we know it all

I trade with stoploss.

stop loss is fine.

But Keeping stop loss 5 pips is due to fear complex.

I consider stop loss for emergency reasons only.

Stop loss for trading system should not be for trading strategy. It means one does not know how to trade or trading strategy is not good.

The stop loss adopted varies betwen :
1) Retail traders having 100 dollar acc.
2) Retail traders having acc 10k
3) Traders having 50k, 100k
4) Institutions.
