That works no doubt but only to a certain extent and depends on how much the market goes the other way (past 4+ months have been a prime example) and how many available funds you have. Ask me how I know…

Um, I would suggest Never holding bad trades, that’s gambling not trading.
Traders who survive and make a living always have a stop, use careful leverage, and follow a plan that was proven in paper trading.

Traders who fail follow two rules, they trade without a stop which gets them stuck in losing trades, and they get out of their winners too quickly. Small wins and big losses is the opposite of what you want.

Well, after all, one needs to be a decent trader and have sufficient knowledge about money management and technical/fundamental analysis. That will certainly help you in the long run to recover if you use Buy Stop/Sell Limit and keep the funds in your account instead of using SL and surrender your money to the market or to your broker. At least that's how I trade, but that's not to say that this approach will suit everyone. Last but not least, there is a good reason why some brokers don't allow hedging. You tell me why... One can still hedge though using two different accounts, but managing your hedges that way becomes way more difficult.

Hey bud! Thanks! I know. It's 48 482 723.52750182. This is exponential growth and the formula is: 1000 x (1.03)^(365). I am sure you know that.
But the reason why I wrote it like that is because this is what I got left in my balance after 1 year because of all withdrawals that I have made. This of coarse means that I never reached the 48 mill figure But I am more than happy with what I got.

I'm in similar situation on eur/chf and usd/chf..but still waiting. Maybe Swiss will intervene..I strongly SUGGEST YOU TO STOP PLAYING JEN pairs. It help your mental health..I lost a lot of bucks there..terrible currency.
