Gotta wait for a significant DXY rebound before trying to short gold again. Take a look at gold-crosses (esp. EUR / GBP) and you'll see this bullish move is completely about the USD side of the game.

still haven't taken a short yet. Short squeeze on low volume.

Looking for climax bars before even considering a short and then i'm not overly keen. If i see large volume coming in on a break of the highs i might be tempted then but then any retracement i would be looking to buy now.

The last swing high was where the original selling volume came in. Not looking to do anything until that is broken.

I believe that the price of gold would drop to 2055, as it has been overvalued and investors will be looking to sell.

bulls target 3357.90 ... devergence with low volume
bears target 3321.01 ... but bears volume so weakness / bears not interest ... Trump still very angry to Powell and FED governor

yesterday price make us miss the trade due to price didt tape the 50% retracement level and today price is just pumping and pumping and pumping and not giving us any opportunity to trade thats very annoying.

not a bad setup perhaps you should wait untill the powel speech,

but to be honest YEN at 142.90
really not bad we all know UDEA he is tricky,
and about the FED and POWEL VS trump.
who knows what will happen that is sep its 3 months,
and to be honest 3 months is a lot to change many things,
specially 3T dollar budget will be added to US debt.
that with usd Index at 96.05 this half year it had lost more then 10% which is not seen since 1973,
ohh the old times the Nixen shock.
my point we at a very sensitive point, euro at 1.18
chf at its lowest level below 0.79
all is bad for USD,
BUT if USD bounces it will hit every single pair hard and that is something to think about.
