Also check the "test of support" note, another crucial element that you should be on the lookout for; the cause for several trades being abandoned because of this kind of pullback.
Another great point I want to make; look how fast Eur is responding compared to Gbp; its advisable to run these two pairs alongside each other; by doing so you will instantly know that a pullback on one should be ignored as false, as the other one is running at top speed.

Medicine might not help much, if you can set aside time for physical activity that will make you sweat and get tired, with this you can some sleep
