Crypto Open Interest (OI) trading system by Lekkim

Some evening thoughts: Binance futures OI when new positions is opened it rises and vice versa... However we don't know if long or short dominated, therefore we can only assume that most clients open longs... But risk is if a long signal arrive and it's a rare sell case of open interest, that I suspect with the B3 call who went bad after long streak of winners. I have best success with shorts because a fall in positions always is a bearish sign and combined with falling green and gap up to orange it's my fav kind of signals

An example of this is XRP today... Met all 3 criteria which are falling green, falling orange but rising or flat price, that makes no sense that a coin should rise while liquidity and interest is being taken out of the pair

I think a found a really simple but good add on to indicator, simply put MA1 in red and make green line also... Trade when same as traffic light, red orange green for sell and vice versa

HUMA obvious short trade missed

System works much better for short trades, because the eliminates the risk of rising OI being new short positions
Also, haven't had a bad short trade yet even on sidetrend or bullish days

I realized something important last night as posted in FF thread

That shorts are more accurate because rising OI in some cases or increasing short positions
But falling OI will always be bearish

Later today there will be a complete overhaul of system for the better and new indicator will be shared! Stay tuned frens!
