why you did opposite ?

They allow as many times as needed you can breach negative 30 % PNL rule.

The only thing is during that trading cycle, payout will be denied.

Anyways, i will ask Apex this question staright away. If they allow negative 30 % PNL breach during safety net building.

Man when such bs happens it boils my blood..... Following every rule n stuff out here and fairly n honestly making those profits.... still BS'ing at the time payout is not acceptable......

Not exactly so.

There are prop firms making rules to find reasons to deny payouts.

The rules are :

1. no Scalping / micro scalping below 30 seconds
2. Hedging no.
3. Stop loss required, takeprofit on each trade must be more than 5 or 10 points.
4. Only one is allowed to open a/c in household
5. No IP sharing
6. No network sharing. ( even within country !! )
7. kyc denial after taking fees
8. so many
9. so many
10. So many

I am reading this thread the past many pages, and the conclusion is that every prop firm is a scam. Is there one that is legit and you can trust to be paid at all?

Good to know that I am not the only one. Luckily I didn't buy more since I am in wait and see mode, then this is the second payout, they showed their true motive, it was quite fast. It was 1500 payout request as well for me.

P.S: They won't pay the trader unless the trader post their certificate first on discord, this is a must! So from my first payout there, I could already smell "something wrong" there.

It would be very stupid to allow only 2 IPs because mobile IP is changing everytime we move around. In a day we can have a dozen IPs, depending upon where we are.

Glad that they sorted this out. I guess we will never know where the problem was coming from.

And, yes, they have a stupid questionaire to fill in. At least they dropped the 45 seconds video that they had in the past, asking our impressions about CTI and that could be used in social media, without an optout option when submited.

Be carefull to undestand their consistency score now that you're in funded. They have a spread sheet sample for that somewhere (if not let me know). you're smart and won't have difficult in undestanding it.

Yes they are scam, but you don't have to put your eggs in one basket. Spreading around and don't stick to one prop firm, then you will be fine.

As for me, futures elite scammed my legit trades for my second payout, but at least they paid me once around 800$ for my first payout, it was net profit around $700+ for what I have paid for their 50k eval(around $60).

Luckily I have 5 more prop firms accounts to work with, so it did not hurt me that much except my pride by their fake accusations

I thought they also look at consistency score in passing phases too. Does something change in funded?

I don’t know how many other ways myself and Navk can say it but Futures/Funded Elite is a SCAM. Lots of discounted offers (currently 40% off and “free retry” on CFD as an example) but they then spend their time coming up with every spurious reason to not payout or to restrict payouts.

They should be avoided at all costs imo

Yes, they look but they are more benevolent, as far as I undestand. In one of the accounts I had a phase when I got a big movement, which accounted for most of the profit (I think it was a phase 2). Despite the 55% score they passed me to funded.

In funded I try to never have more than 15/16% aprox to avoid giving them reasons to terminate my account.
