bluguardian seem to be waste of time.

Take your money and focus on reputed.

Even futures elite is fine, they pay.

I am considering a Futures Elite account. I am curious on their news policy, is it all tier 1 news that's not tradeable or the 'news to watch for'?

We all have different suitability-criteria, don’t we?

For me, all that would be bad news, because I think the company’s more likely to survive for the long term (and therefore be able to pay out reliably) rather than going under like so many others, if they prohibit the stuff that people trying to game the system will want to use.

I wouldn’t want to use one without rules against news-trading, scalping and adding to losers. Their ideas of risk management puts me off and I doubt if they’ll still exist a year later.

You'd have to average that out to meet consistency rule. I never understood that consistency rule though, why is it necessary?

nah they are paying and the cheapest one out there.. 50$ bucks a 50k account with 2500$ drawdown......
Plus i didnot spend a dime since Feb on them... I have 6accounts with them..... 3 funded accounts which i already got 4500$ out and this is the second payout of 4500$.... Also received 3 free accounts coz of BOGO offer......

WHenever i am in a funded account slump i go back to aqua and blue cheapest and build some confidence and funds to go big with reputed firms......
Recently i lost alot of funded accounts like tradeify, takeprofit and mffu......
This blue guardian payout will fund further evals...

well ok depends also a lot on the trading style of course.
I personally wonder how long this prop firm bubble will be going on before popping up.
It's getting more and more a game rather than something professional.

look, they ask you to respect a neverending list pf rules (increasing btw) then deny a payout wothout even giving you the exact details of what went wrong (this happened me with Apex this week). You have a 10 k profits in 10 days, amd they deny you a 2k payout without even detailing why, and pretending to advertise they are making traders improve.

my point is: does it really make any sense expecting these firms to be still here in 1 year? Or is it better runfor the some payouts, and say good bye and go for a personal funded account? This is what probably everybody do, and the reason maybe why one after the other these firms go out of capitalization

It's obviously a very good question, but I don't know the answer. Topstep's been going strong for over 13 years now, I think? Do you think they're doing something right that most other firms are doing wrong?

The firms with a fast path to live, which gets you off their books as a liabilty, will survive just fine.
It is why they move you to live. Up until that point, in "SIM Funded", you are a liability as they are paying you from their own profits collected on fees.
Moving to live is the equivalent of the forex props banning you. As there never is/was or will be an actual live account there, it's the ONLY way to get you off the books. Moving to live in futures, while not ideal, is still the better alternative.
Apex, Bulenox and any other with no actually live path will not survive long term.
MFFU, Tradeify, Take Profit Trader, topstep SHOULD have no issues. I persoanlly don't like Topstep due to their cost and some other policies, but the other 3 are all top firms and also pay extremely quickly.
