Did you check their consistency rules? they also have a profit target for payout!!

$16 is, admittedly, a low price. But can't you test your skills on a demo account without paying anything at all, and just applying the company's rules, on your own, to what happens, to determine whether or not you can pass reliably enough to make it worthwhile paying?

I'm making a serious point, not trying to be facetious or anything. I don't understand why so many people keep paying and failing and paying again and failing again, when they could be doing it on demo without paying anyone anything at all?

(I suppose I'm glad they do, though, otherwise the funds wouldn't be there to pay out the eventual winners???).

I got your point.

Open mt4 demo 50k account.

Trade maximum 3 lots.

Trade gold or s$p 500

Your stop loss 2000 ( maximum stop loss for the account , MLL )

Take profit for that account, 3000

Trading hours : 6 pm est to 5 pm est. Close all open trades before 4.59pm est

For being a real trader, trying demo or small challenges of a prop firm is advised and done the wrong way. To be a successful trader the first thing you need is find a profitable strategy and doing back test. After that the trader need to focus on execution, create a demo account and execute your strategy 1000 times without being diverted from your strategy. The final step is" you have did it, you are profitable trader now because you have executed your strategy 1000 times without going against your strategy for a single time. Any time you can start live trading or do prop challenges.

I read all Tradeify rules and stuff.
interested in their straight to sim funded thing.
I really hate the challenge/evaluation/combine shit time and money wasting machine.

any one here using tradeify can give some feedback?

good firm, STF is good option.

Slow and steady thing.

But in STF too.. there is MLL.

If it takes more than 3 blown to pass 1, it is more economical to go STF with Tradeify. It will actually cost you less all-in and no pressure to pass an eval.
Even a bulenox account for $16 has like a $150 activation fee, so even passing on 1st try, $166 for 50K and 2K in DD.....you can get STF triple that 150K with 6K DD, for $510.....it's essentially the same cost and no eval pressure.

Only issue with STF is more rules plus with bulenox there is no restrictions of withdrawal limits no news rule no payout caps (after 3 payouts). No live account BS

For me, custom 50k plan works. With futures elite

The custom setting is :

MLL : 2000
DLL : NO
PROFIT : 3000
News trading ( tier 1 ) : no
Withdrawal every 14 days

And i trade only gold.

I trade mostly long.
I trade 20 micros max. Mostly 15 micros. I can aim 1k per day. with this. Max 3 days to pass
I win.

I make 1.6 to 1.7 k profit in 5 to 6 days. ( 40 % consistency )

Stop trading in that account, Raise payout request 1500. They pay 1200.

Exactly. My thought process is pay once, no ongoing sub, no activation fees, trade as slow as you'd like. If buying cheap evals and YOLO'ing, at best, you're passing 40-50%, so assume two eval fees plus an activation fee......same all-in cost, no pressure.
Of course, everyone thinks and trades fdifferently and you must do what suits your personality. When you try to trade like others, usually leads to failure.

most of all, I like their rules!
no news, dca, scalping shitty rules. And this is already a good news for me.
end of day drawdown also good.
i don’t like too much the daily max DD but I will consider it as my max DD.
i rarely need more than 1,5k loss and when it happens, I stop for a while.
20% consistency is ok for me.

so, all in all, it's pretty much like trading a personal account without really funding it whole.
