Even though the candlestick has upper wicks in this case, it can still be read as a hammer, because what it tells us is that "price tested level X and was rejected".
The small upper wick may just represent minor volatility.

As someone said above, this candlestick is on a support. A minor support, which should be broken on Monday/Tuesday, but yes, it is a hammer on a support.
