Totally wrong this time. Just a warning; gold will make a strong about-turn in the US session. This drop was just profit taking.

2930 to 2960/64 will be the range today

Hello no offense but please try to explain where you got your insights,
it will hep other traders better understand the market,
they are here to learn i hope you will understand,
because after 18 years in FF trust me i have seen it all,
big traders claiming this and that came and gone,
so i am not trading GOLD but i will love to know how you got to the conclusion it was profit taking,
the problem saying does make it SO,
believing will not make it happen,
hope will not make you profit,
only solid research and understanding the market.
because trading is a Machine, first learn How it works, and then it will become easy to understand,
so no Offense but i might be wrong but i think taders must explain their version how they are seeing the market,
because the phycology of trading is very tricky,
not many understand, and once they do its even harder to act on the rules, because Human brain is hard wired for quick profits,
to move past the fear of loosing the profits,
traders often close positive trades quickly and hold on to negative trades,
just my 2 cents,
but as i said before you must remember that economy sentiment of traders and this week PCE and other news if not in short term but in medium term may change the sentiment of Big players those are the one's who matter with billions of dollars real money Leveraged trades doesnt count in reality most trades dont understand the the USED margin is only counted as real money.
the Illusion of leverage is where most traders loose i have lost many times no regret i was learning it was 13 years ago but i have done my share of mistakes and i fear only one thing,
most traders dont understand that reading articles that support your trades only, its human brian,
its hard to read about an article explainng why the gold might drop if you Bought or vice versa,
learn how ot navigate i always read articles oppsite to my direction whether its gold or currencies,
it gives me insight that maybe i am wrong,
but all in all market is Design that way to confuse the traders so they can loose,
i my self sometimes forget that.
but my point was when your trade goes wrong don't think its profit taking accept you were wrong and move on,
most people cant that is hy after years in this market if they really look at their total investment i can assure you many will find that they actually lost some money and TIME the most valueable asset a man can have wasted,
because TIME IS MONEY it was not just s catch phrase it was very powerful statement that changed my life,
and i do post sometimes but i just chare my knowledge so traders will know how this old guy is thinking,
hopefully they will learn a thing or 2
