Double Bottom, meaning there is potential for price to come down and take those 2 lows before surging massively again. Will need some sort of catalyst to do that though and I don't see anything news wise this week.

Maybe to trap buyers at this point. Big sell off may start at any point. Global events are shaping in such a way which may or may not being a catalyst.

Can anyone explain to me why the closing of candles in 4 hours is not similar in tradingview and metatrader?

Which one are you referring to? MT4 or MT5? MT4 and MT5 are different. Trading view used MT5. MT4 is tailored for forex trading with a simpler interface, while MT5 provides a broader range of asset classes and advanced features for diverse trading needs.
