but so far my understanding are
origin of engulf is dp
it is also called source of engulf
after price engulfing opposing barrier, it should return to origin to complete its flagging.
if not happened, we called it as ftr and use it as liq for future purpose and still trade at origin.
the most important origin lies in qm level / H/ L level
Once origin is taken, we consider it as flag limit.
and most important dp(dp1) are that decided to hunt sl, or hit target,
and again the dp(dp2) that decided to break those dp(dp1) is considered as origin of engulf.
and if price flags upto there, next we call is flag limit.
and those flagging is called retracement.
so dp are true flag limit.
simply a rbr after engulfing a barrier cant be a fl.
it can be still fakedout to reach dp, that decided to break those barrier.
and such dp lies in H/L/QML
and repeat the same process on and on
but the problem is
market is full dp.
so that we should consider, those dp that lies in H/L/QML.
Just Testing my understanding
