It's not the sellers keeping the price down as you can see in the we the price returns back down. The buyers just aren't buying above 2650.

Positive swaps are due to the interest rate differential...Gold has no yield, but when you sell gold you're effectively long dollar which is 4.5-4.75

I'm just not expecting much out of London regarding gold, my expectation is that gold gets back on the uptrend soon.

So I'm currently long biased on gold and I would expect a further move up as the market seems more comfortable with Fed lower interest rates at their next meeting.

The belief of a hold has been falling each day.
