I have used Darwinex over ten years. I have been using Zero since it was launched. I have had and curremtly have several allocation from investors and from Zero. Not millions but small allocations. I still can’t figure out how I can multiple my retutns compared to trading my own account. If you have a such a miracle formula, please share it or maybe just keep the discussion in facts.

You understand that what you make in your mt4 or whatever you use isn't going to be identical to your Darwin account. Right?
You understand that the risk engine adjusts your position sizes up and down according to Var? Right?

Would you understand if I told you that according to my view of risk I should be trading for example a 1 lot size?
That is what I have tested and decided.

Would you understand that my Darwinex acct on average multiplies that 1 lot by 4?

How about the conclusion?

If I trade my own account, according to my rules, I would make 1 lot times profit per lot. Correct?
If I trade my money as an investor, the risk engine multiplies my trades and therefore my profits increase by 4 times?


Is it that hard?
I just started not even a month ago. Why do I have to explain that to someone who has been there 10 years?


Sure I can in my own personal account trade 4 lots instead of 1.
But the risk changes all the time and I'm not a 1 trade a day type of trader.
So I trade conservatively as hell in my own account and let the Darwin risk manager take my trades to town and fatten them up.
All that for a mere service charge of 5%? Not bad.

Sorry to say but that doesn’t make any sense. You really should go back to basics and learn how Dzero works. Not gonna waste my time on this.

My problem is time in case of prop firms i dont want to miss any payout cycle lol....

but thats your trading style. and with this you are successful and push you to new targets.
so any of this is just a part of the trading costs (dont see it as losses ) to get the wins.

so i would hold the path when all together runs ok, you never planed for stable wins, only get fast and save step by step up....

i accept also in my trading styles a lot of losses because of wrong trades (wrong symbol traded, wrong size, wrong direction, wrong prize... ). just to be fast. so this are for me just additional trading costs for execute my trading style and strategies.

so when you trade like you do, you will come from time to time to this losses and they remind you again and again do it the way you planed it. so this losses as reminder that you do it fine like you do , are worth a lot of money. hard to see first, but makes sense after long time. so never be angry that this can happen, just use it in your favor because its part of the game you master already so well.

I agree with most of it ... But the key is to always improve and get better and better.....Thats how its been my prop firm trading... figure out whats the blockers eventually take them out based on my personality.... TO help out limit the losses thats why i always go with DLL accounts..... But i need to control emotions come to point of 1:1 loss/profits days..
I am trying to improve to aim for either 400-500 tp or loss a day n stop at that point.....

Thats the example of second longest running prop account i.e MFFU (30 days) after apex 150k (48 days). DLL saved me on those meltdown days. Otherwise i am pretty sure i would have blown coz either on these my analysis is total wrong and biased on wrong side + emotional revenge trading

Hello , i was just demo testing Ctrader vs Mt5 , taking 50-80 lots on same broker , i noticed slippage of around 0.4-0.5 pips on Ctrader while no Slippage on Metatrader , can anyone tell me why is that

On Ctrader was getting filled at VWAP with some slippage , while on Mt5 , it was instant with no slippage
