There is no buffer restriction, but it is advisable to have buffer. if not followed, the next day account is blown after 1 st profit withdrawal.

I would consider 2000 $ as buffer and this will enable further trading.

This " no buffer " rule is just to attract people, but, trading point of view, a good buffer is needed.

Having said, I would consider all firms, same. MFFU, APEX, TRADEIFY. The good part is MFFU has EOD though.

Apex and Tradeify insist on buffer

More rules, for example, 30 % safe net, 1 : 5 profit trades, buffer requirement and all can make a trader more diciplined than YOLO ing in SIM account.

Though YOLO is ok in Eval account

Im just reading their 1 star reviews and people complaining a lot about slippage and spread.

Personal experience sharing is less in this thread.

These are tricky questions so, i doubt anyone will answer.

From my experience, I have come across slippage in FTMO funded account also.

Every firm, there will be slippage, best way is to find not getting stopped out due to slippage.

Hi,

Any one trading with takeprofittrader? they are 40% off with no activation fee's. They got tradovate and trustpilot reviews seem pretty decent.

Any Con's I should be aware of?

EOD DD is eval moves to trailing in funded, until buffer of course. Reputable, solid, daily, fast payouts. I have 1 account with them.

Yes, they move to 50,100 after 1 st payout. However, you can make $1,200, pull it out and just blow the account.....the way APEX was before the new $500 withdrawal limit within buffer. APEX you had to get to $2,600 to pull 2K, MFFU looks like $1,200 (maybe 1300) to pull $1,200.
Before the posts begin taking my words out of context, I am not condoning pulling and blowing the account, I understand the benefit of the buffer. I am just stating YOU CAN pull within the buffer IF YOU WISH.

If I were to rank, based on personal use, feedback here and my own research, I'm here.....
1. MFFU....adding this week, based on research and Monty feedback
2. TakeProfit....1 funded
3. APEX....5 funded
4. Topstep...based on reputation and Monty feedback, will probably max the other 3 first.
Bulenox is basically APEX, the you have Tradeify, which looks good but I have not researched.
The straight to funded makes no sense to me, much cheaper to pass an eval.....even if your hit rate is 33%.
I have more focus on personal and Darwinex but I do like using the props, I just grab 1-2 evals at a time, which is why I a not maxed at any of them.
While I respect Monty and the money he is making, that YOLO'ing, getting paid, blowing up, repeat is just way to volatile for my appetite.

In case you are interested, FXVM (a reliable VPS) provides virtual desktop for 8.45 Eur optimized for forex. You can only use one Metatrader instance and there is no windows software or apps. You can not install software. There is not even internet explorer. No software. You can see the attached image. My latency is 7 Ms.

Looks crappy to me as their high end advanced vps is 58$ with 4GB RAM.....One need at least 8-16 ram to run things smoothly.

Well, If I have 10 x 50k accounts, Funded, i will stop thinking withdrawing for 1 month after making safety net ( 2000 $ )

After making 2000, my calculation for month 2 is 2000 $ in each account.

Month 3,4,5,6.... it goes for 10 accounts.

Thereafter I will stop coming here...as i will be busy counting money at home.

I have just started doing futures, last 1 month or so,

Currently, 1 tradefy account won.
Apex 50k evals gpoing on.
Top step evals blown . ( due to consistency rule )
MFFU evals account blown
1x50k tradeify account, evals blown too.

My aim is to have 10 x 50k accounts and not to get excited for withdrawal... it is process.

Hey, just like Darwinex is a process......but you didn't like that one so much.
At the end of the "process", Darwinex will yield far greater results.......without all of the rules designed to make you fail.
You could be building a track record, but instead you are blowing evals.
Why the hypocrisy?

That area is the one where there is more misconception around props. You will find people that are fine with spreads and executions (which is my case) and people that are bragging them.

It's my conviction that this depends on the volume and instrument (in all props). I trade only forex, EURUSD, GBPUSD most of the times, up to 5 lots and I don't have any claims about Maven. Probably if I traded 20 or 30 lots I would have, who knows.

For the rest, Maven is by far the best forex prop I ever experience in speed of payouts (crypto ones). Multiple ones received and never more than 2 hours, most of the time not even half an hour. A pity that they don't have Meta, only ctrader.

They have a couple of rules that may be worth looking at if you have huge payouts (more than 10K per month) or if you make the profit from just a big trade. Those rules don't bother me at all but better to see if you fit them.

i tried their challenge only con is if you hit DLL ACCOUNT WILL BE LIQUIDATED…. You are not allowed to add daily stop loss risk setting in evals stage in tradovate

i dont know if they give a practise accout but its same as tradingview when it comes to charting… rest is super easy watch a youtube tutorial…. I dont analyze trades on any of these platforms… i just just use tradingview paid version for trade setup then just press buy/sel’ button on these platforms

yes, you can get 1200 max per payout , that leaves you with 50800 , with loss limit now at 50100 so only 700 drawdown left

interesting take ! I choose both lol. Darwinex is my long term and topstep is short term
