explaining this chart

  1. on left i have 2 labels which show general market sentiment, a negative macd means i will avoid longs
  2. on right i have daily chart fib levels to show possible areas of support or resistance for the day
  3. i have used BB 10 to show what kind of strength price has currently

i always trade RELATIVE to what happened in past

This is the problem with watching cable TV all day long.

You can't see the almost 30 pips earnings. The +stoploss and the targets.

All you know is putting two entries (BUY AND SELL) on both sides and hope you win 1000 pips during news.

in macd trading the best trades start when macd is closest to the zero line

a disturbance in price due to any news event gives a new trade

how many times did you get a profitable trade when macd was at extremes ?? rarely

but when macd is closest to zero you get the maximum profits because that is where the price balance is getting disturbed
