This is what's known as the ugliest possible price action. Just aimless irregular zigzag, bad for virtually every type of trader bar long term traders.

5-10% a day is unrealistic mate. Even more so as a newbie, I give the example of the fund I manage, where we give avg. 9% a month to clients, and that's a lot! To be a successful trader, in my opinion, you need to make between 40-60% a year = 3-5% a month, and again that's a lot considering other markets.
