Hello Coders,
my request is an output correction to an old robot. I am attaching the robot and the indicator it works with. At the moment, the output of the robot is: 1. With the set take profit or 2. Closes the current operation in the minus on a reverse signal. My request is - Can someone add a martingale output on item 2 with progression 1,2,3,4......n= n number of operations x the initial lot - to a positive output with the amount of the set profit. I am also attaching a photo with the eventual result. Thank you and have a nice day

May I request someone can make this indicator bit better I am using it but, if may be single colour option could be better to hide after x chart instead of hidings candles which shows broken lines.

This is a feature of MT4 and MQL4 - can't be helped.
The hidding of candles is done by overlaying them with a histogram of the chart background color.
In order to give those candles a unique color, we would have to plot the candles also using histogram,
because the DRAW_COLORCANDLE doesn't work in MQL4.
And the result would be the same with the histograms overlaying objects like lines, etc.
Also, in order for this hiding to work, the main chart needs to be in background.
And that's why you see what you see.
If you select the main chart to be in foreground, you won't get the hiding effect.
A different solution would be to code the whole indicator in a different way, so that the main chart would be completely turned off (to color None), and the indicator would only plot however many candles we wanted.
Still, we would get the same effect, only this time for the part where the candles were plotted by the indicator.

Hi there. There's this automatic ZigZag Support Resistance I'm using for MT5.
I wanted to ask if someone could modify it in 1 of 2 ways.
Way 1: Add 2 buttons, one to increase the history or lookback (for number of drawn SnR levels) by 1 and another to decrease the history or lookback by 1.
Way 2: Have the indicator's history or lookback for number of drawn SnR levels to be automatic, based on current and previous period. For example input period is set to 1 day, so current period is today from 00:00 until 00:00 tonight(or technically tomorrow) . Then the previous period is from yesterday at 00:00 to today 00:00. Then it will only display levels from these two (current and previous) periods. Would be cool if we could also modify the period, from 1 day to 1 hour or 4 hours or a month, etc.
I have attached the mql5 code below.
All help appreciated.

Hello BestTraderEv, thank you for explaining in the detail, it is true if I select the main chart to be in foreground, it uncheck the box automatically as soon as I accept ok. I understand as you explain as per MT4 MQL4 feature if it cannot be done so far I will use as it is build.

Yes, that's because this function was coded into the indicator in order to avoid confusion and telling the user every time that they need to preset chart in background.
If you want to check out what happens, get any other indicator which plots histograms on the candles, and apply this indicator for chart in foreground. You will not see the histograms plotted by the indicator because the main chart will hide them.

please is it possible to add alert to the high low lines of this indi, such that if already created in the past, but price comes back to crossover and close should sound alert/with notifications

I have one more request, if you don't mind! It would be really great if you could modify this indicator so that when switching between timeframes it always shows the next timeframe. For example, on the 1H timeframe the indicator should show data from the 4H timeframe, on the 15m timeframe it should show data from the 30m timeframe, and so on. Thanks in advance!

Please, i need your help to add POP UP and SOUND ALERT this attached indicator, if it is possible.
I need the alert to sound and pop up when the candle closed and histogram crossed level zero up or down and the GREEN/RED bar is printed above the level.
The alert can read something like...'1 HR US30 Momentum Histogram crossed to Bull Zone'
PLS, ONLY WHEN THE GREEN/RED HISTOGRAM BAR IS PRINTED SHOULD THE ALERT COME UP
Pls, add signal arrow too.
