i am a newbie but my advise is if you see JPY trade then trade t against 1 currency like today GJ got up for 254 pips at the same time UJ and AJ also got up in that range but i am long on 1 pair because it is all because of weak JPY and not because the others are strong. so in short enter 1 currency pair.
i am telling you this because that thing happened to me a few times.

good thing i closed the trade. otherwise, it would hurt the account balance much more. hope i will able to recover some of lose till the end of the month.

1st of all you are not alone and many traderrs have this problem , You might even have ADHD , try to understand root of your problem which is unique to you, what caused you to touch jpy ? Observe what are the triggers for your actions, the solution is understanding yourself which is very very hard for some ppl and if you have ADHD is even harder.

I'm almost certainly sure we're going down and will start adding Shorts soon.

TP will be at around 2600$ or around 2545$.

H4 is making it clear we're about to dive hard. Lower TFs which are almost meaningless when looking for the bigger moves will support that view.

We'll reach these prices this week, because we're probably going to see escalation during the weekend and that is when the PMs will start to rally again.

I'll probably start adding Shorts when this H4 closes because EU and GB session is a pile of shit lately, so the price shouldn't move too far and I also need H4 to close 2 mm below the prior one to confirm it to me 100% that price is going down.
