I'd rather only have to earn 5% than earn 10% and pay nearly twice as much. An extra 2% drawdown for an extra $250? No thanks

The drawdown only is an issue if I trade like a rookie. And if that's the case it won't matter what model it is.

Yes agree about target part. Yea but allowed drawdown is only 4%. So 100K account is like 40K account. But it has time limit of 14 days which is not bad but
one cannot yolo it as each day one needs to make 0.5% (minimum 3 days). Plus leverage is not good only 30:1 but you need to keep 150% of it available so essentially leverage is 15:1.
If you are trading any product other than forex *Leverage: Index (1:10), Metals/Commodities (1:10), Crypto (2:1)
Except target part I am having hard time understanding the deal.

I understood there is no activation fee in MFFU starter plans. However once funded (SIM) is there still monthly fee or is it just in evaluation phase? I just couldn’t find the answer which probably means that there is a monthly fee all the time.

Think the only reason to get Alpha Futures is that the MLL doesn't move up to the initial account balance after the first withdrawal.

Example, you make 1k on a 50k account. You can withdraw the 1k and the MLL remains at 49k so you won't breach the account.

Blueberry..my agressive friend again traded +20k. They cancelled him account. Prepared a lawsuite and social pressure-after few days, he got acc back, he awaits the payout now. Blueberry in that time added this additional rules it seems. Hard for any firm when they get a champion on their opposing roster.

Just do not trade on these 5 broker based props as negative reviews are mostly genuine. Others have much better Trustpilot ranking, if they can be trusted at all.

The only skill these firms are looking for is the ability to lose multiple challenges as quickly as possible. The pioneers were so successful because that pool is massive.

Treat each funded is like APEX account. No DCA, No Martingale.
One or two trade with 1 or 2 lot with fix stop and target.
Play with rules. If they are scammy scam them with smaller payouts dont go for home run.

I do not think we are in th same stage we used to be where rules are important in prop firm, payouts is all that matters. If the difference of 1% daily drawdowns equity vs balance vs static is still being a deal breaker than it is only matter of times before you end up scammed. Reputation, reviews and support is all that matters i think now and no sure excel sheet can measure this

FX Prop firm or Futures prop firm.

Rules may be slightly different. Fees may be different.

Having said,

Passing the challenge is within our ability.

If the firms do not pay or firms cancel account for no fault of trader... then it is worrying factor.

I remember, for Monty, some flashfunding firm, paid 30k payout and then cancelled account.

Ascendx = Quant Tekel now. Renamed and with own broker same name. They rolled out the migration and all challenges can be continued. For my funded account I am still waiting for credentials as they will roll out next week, at the last point of course of all migration steps. Let's see how serious they take their own $3 million investment. But they are the cheapest CFD prop firm challenge with their current 50% promo code on planet earth. Will see if the payouts will be paid smoothly too.
