Trading is much more than levels but my levels are very good 95% of the time and if not, at least you get a bounce.

Effective money management.
Split position entries
Actively manage positions and stops
Establish before hand how much % you are willing to risk
Honour your stops and risk tolerance

Simple

Is "Trade Like a Pro " by Noble Drakoln a decent book, and its strategies, for beginner traders to use?

I would like to know what 5% of this weeks profit means. How much is it in R? If you do 5R a week, 5% would be 0.25R meaning it would be 25% of normal position. That sounds reasonable to me, but doing 5R weekly is quite a feat. If you do 2R, it drops to only 10% of normal position.

Or do you offset it with tighter SL so you dont need to drop your standard position size too much?

5% of weekly profits means if I lose I get to keep 95% of the profits.
Calculate distance to your levels and divide that by risk (using position size calculator) you get position size.
Split you normal position in 3 and there you go.
Not very complicated.
(I use split position for my entries when I don't know exactly where we are going but fairly confident about potential bounce).
