My apologies. Thought the expression was common enough in the Western world to be used as a quote.
It is indeed the meaning you mentioned. In casu: whether someone likes/appreciates Trump, is something personal, and therefore not to be discussed (read between the lines: to me, Trump does not deserve one single nano-second of attention).

You've misunderstood me I don't endorse him or support him, just mentioned a common sentiment shared around wall street, some of the big guns are looking forward to him getting back on the seat so the rich can stay rich.

I apologize too, didn't mean to make this political appreciate you pointing it out!
