Rate cut is not the only drive that push gold and Equities. You might be looking on FED printers, its an interesting topic too.

So... I added Shorts on 28.80$ (before CPI) that I closed at around 28.40$ with some profit. I have closed all Shorts on this wick down as I said I would if CPI goes down first. I added a ton of Longs on the Silver at 28.40$ - 28.50$. Basically, this was a hell of a ride and it was worth it. Had to accept that I was wrong with the Short, but I did act in time to save my ass fortunately (wasn't stubborn until the end).

Main Resistance on the Silver is 28.80$ and if H4 closes about that, then the Gold is definitely heading towards +2550$.
I have no positions on the Gold and don't intend to have any until we see if retracement is going to kick in higher or not.

As for the CPI numbers... I'll just say they are fucking ridiculous and a complete and utter lie. Clear propaganda at work before US selections faking NFP numbers as well as CPI numbers. Clown show!

Now, I think Fed can comfortably cut by 50bps next week and the history will repeat itself (18th of September 2007. 50bps rate cut by the Fed (their first) while the forecast was 25bps rate cut).

Congratulations to the buyers once more!

I am NOT!!!

Now is NOT the time to hold any long. Wait for a few hours to see where the price is going. If it goes up, it will go up even more. If it goes down, you can entry at lower prices...

I'm already Long (Silver) and am going to hold until I see Gold above Resistance and a sign that retracement is actually finally taking place. I see M Pattern potential on the Silver Daily playing out. I'll take a loss gladly if it turns out it's going lower.

If silver goes up. does gold go up too? I am genuinely asking because I never seen the silver chart...


*We had one retest of the low that failed. In the next 15 - 30 mins we should have the second. If the second fails too, it is not a good sign for the bulls. If we have a new low at retest no 2 then we can start to slowly buy!
