Actually, now that I think about it... everyone expects bad NFP which might lead to a rally first, but the numbers may come out better than expected at which point the rally will be exhausted relatively fast.

Also, don't forget the Fed members that will give a speech after NFP is out... this could be used to manipulate the price.

Chance for the 50bps or 25bps cut happening is basically the same. 43% for the 50bps and 57% for 25bps cut.

On 18th of September 2007. the forecast was that the Fed will cut (their first cut) by 25bps, but the Fed ended up cutting by 50bps. Maybe the history will repeat itself soon.

Whatever happens today, we'll finally be able to establish the short-term trend in my opinion after today.

i think the number will be better than expected, but i dont know how market will react

im holding mini order of GU short and one very small short on gold from 2520

Indeed... I was just saying that same thing yesterday... this is among the times when I am completely clueless to what's about to happen.

One part of the system suggests a deep retracement down, even below 2450$ and some part is suggesting Long. I don't know...

We could see Silver soon at 25$ or we're going above 30$ and that should be it. Hmm...

We all agree more or less that if they want to go down, that first they'll get rid of the sellers above the 2530$... but God only knows...

Okay... let's say that the price skyrockets up on the NFP. What is the plan folks? Are you going to short that rally or join the rally on retracement or without retracement?

Pedro are you taking a full profit above 2550$ or? What's your Short level? Thanks!

If they don't break the Resistance then we'll all be left in the confusion... at least I will.

i saw on his Twitter that he said 50% of the last position at 2520 and

2548 and 2565 are reversal level

In my opinion, high possibility that NFP will be worse than expected, gold will rally within 30 mins then loosing steam and go all the way down to $2,450 which is MA50 of daily chart.

If you don't have a fat pocket, shorting from here is the real definition of aggressive entry, No doubt price might sweep liquidity below range which is not very likely.
The range is over, the manipulation is done, the trend has continued ....I'm bullish till 2600+
And if the trend change there is always a chance to join the dip

I think it will touch 2531 and forms a triple top on 4H, Then it decreases until 2325

From my experience there is little point trading before big meetings. It has been my biggest winning days but before you know it you could be ruck with a back. Putting on some sell limits at resistance levels with target prices set. Probably somewhere around 45 55.

30% acc is my max risk and then I probably dip.
