If you make to much profits consistently on Topstep, I heard of one guy being risk limited to $3k on his $150k funded accounts regardless of this non-existing rule to other traders. So here is the trick how to limit payouts on highly profitable trader on TopstepX. I am not aware of such rules on Apex, but I do not read Discord all day.

Can someone tell me, is Darwinex an independent FCA regulated broker or belonging to someone, who then ? So I can deposit how much I want and trade like on a normal broker and they do all the risk calculation for investors ? Where is the benefit here, if you can upload your statements and then have same effect, true ? Then I could trade on other broker and sometime in future just upload statements and then start to collect investorts money with Darwinex (not zero) or how does it work ?

Who knows more ? What are the requirements for Darwinex Pro to have a successful launch with investors money ? Just making thoughts about it, not really serious.
Do I need to have a license on my own, or do you do it with your umbrella fund ? What is included for 10k fix cost and 5k annually here ? Because this is really cheap.

Yep, from time to time their (Funded Next) dashboard has glitches. Never noticed that one of the daily DD but I'm starting to pay attention, just in case.

In my case what I noticed was on the cycles. For example, cycle is from 1st to 14th. Then on 15th I should have the money available to withdraw and a new cycle should have started 15th to 29th. However on 15th the system doesn't update, the money is only available on 16th and the new cycle is 16th to 30th.

They mess up with the cycles, delay payout and avoid the 24h payout promise (or a $1000 compensation).

This doesn't happen always, though. Only happened once to me.

Read that too. But Metatrader is gone for them and until they can operate normally again it takes at least ca. 4 months or so, until then it will be total mess to deal with.

As far as I read it was only for US customers. I have not traded my account since I saw that.

If you apply same rules of futures firms to FX prop, the fx prop will survive. So why arent fx arcades not doing that?

They fear much less challenge fees. If the model is same like futures props, then the spreads and better market execution on futures cannot be beaten and every futures prop becomes priority for everyone. Maybe if any major FX prop also has built up its own futures division there could be a shift. Not sure. Most are dumb as hell too.

I have two live futures accounts, APEX and topstep, spread and execution is the same if not worse due to platform lag so put a red line through that. If you spam NQ orders, maybe futures is better but thats not really trading is it.

The difference is as its futures the user will accept its more trustworthy and the no b book type mentality kicks in which is false.

If you apply same rules as futures, an "fx prop" could provide better than market execution because of the strict rules but thats also not really trading because its not real market.

Futures are becoming the beneficiary of the success of fx props but like fx props there is a chance of a boom bust cycle especially if the brokers come and take the market back.
