What people forgot here, in the Darwinex model there are investors behind if you are successful, so in any 99% of all countries you need kind of advisor license that you are allowed to manage third party money. In USA there is a family and friends account for up to 15 people and $150k I heard some years ago. Here in Germany and EU you cannot manage anything higher than 500k to get a BaFin letter to unwind and stop all operations. So if you trade small it is grey area but bigger size Darwinex need such banking licenses to do so. I do not get it that...
