Well damn, I'm getting robbed then, they aren't paying me anything other than profits. Been with them since September, on rithmic, with quantower.......had one issue where I didn't have a MNQ feed for a couple of hours. Two other times, my quantower required an update.

Hard in what respect? I don't think the rules for either have changed much. In the case of FTMO, even the time limit has been removed.

Not talking about evaluations... When you are funded n highly successful(big payouts) denying payouts is common thing in forex prop firms..
i am not speaking about any online reviews or anything but my personal experience thats why left Forex prop firms few months back.....

I'll keep them in mind. Since my Apex Tradovate has been down all day, I grabbed some TopStep evals. Will trade those when/if there are ever platform-related issues with Apex' Tradovate.

Why should the few successful traders who even manage to get a payout not be paid out? That would definitely be doing themselves a disservice, for every trader who receives a payout and reports about it, there will definitely be dozens of new traders who also want to try it and bring in much more new income than the few payouts. On the contrary, if these companies consistently didn't pay out their profitable traders, do you think they would have lasted for 10+ years? Any legitimate payout that would be blocked would immediately attract criticism and the company could close in no time.

How many of your payout requests were declined, where and for what reason?

They lasted for 10+ years because up until about 10 months ago (coincidentally aligns perfectly with the CFTC shutdown of MFF).....the forex prop industry was absolutely booming.
Given the model of payouts coming from fees, a profitable trader is a liability on the balance sheet. Therefore, since the industry is no longer booming and there are way less incoming challenge fees, there is way less money to pay people.

It’s only natural that the initial hype fades. The market environment is changing and companies are adapting. All I'm saying is that I don't see any reasons why the companies mentioned, which have been around for a long time, should suddenly stop paying out their profitable traders or even go bankrupt. The US and the CFTC are not the only benchmark, the world is much bigger. In addition, CFD trading has been banned there for a long time. Long before the first of these new types of prop trading companies even existed. As if the only business model to survive was suddenly dependent on the CFTC or a few US customers. If that were the case, they would soon be able to close too. Hardly see that. Leaving that aside, what makes the average broker so much worse? They only live from the many losing traders re-funding their accounts all the time instead of withdrawing profits, they are even regulated and still exist.
