-We have a chairman and three commissioners that have been appointed by the US senate to represent the CFTC, yet they cannot get their house in order. It certainly raises many questions.

When we examine the roles of both, the chairman and commissioners, we can see that it is actually the chairman that oversees the day-to-day operations of the CFTC, including managing staff and ensuring proper agency functions etc.. That being said, perhaps Pham's criticism is more opportunistic in nature.

I will add to the "fuck up" part.

Most of the jobs creation with democrats, outside of healthcare industry, are government jobs. So there are plenty "fuck ups" in the future, unless..

Some EAs can generate super profit, 100% in just 3 days with super jumbo drawdown. You must understand the logic behind them and drive it. It also involves timing, trends, luck, and the risk of a 100% loss if there are technical issues. 99.99% of Expert Advisors (EAs) will experience losses over time, just like human traders. Some EAs are useful for displaying information or assisting with trading or something fancy like HFT machine.

Not reccomnding them but Maven Trading is by far the cheapest in the industry 10K = $38

Growing up in the 70s in NY it reminds me of Crazy Eddie's local TV commercials. His prices are....INSANE! Oh the childhood memories.

Not interesting for me due to ridiculous rules, they obviously don't even know the difference between averaging and Martingale... Their definition of "Martingale":

  1. Martingale: Having five positions opened simultaneously in drawdown, on the same pair The trader identifies several promising long opportunities in the EUR/USD pair and decides to open positions: Long EUR/USD at 1.2000. Long EUR/USD at 1.1980. Long EUR/USD at 1.1950. Long EUR/USD at 1.1975. However, the trader fails to monitor their positions closely and overlooks the existing limit of five positions in drawdown. In a moment of excitement, they open another long position without considering the rule. Long EUR/USD at 1.1995. With five long positions now opened in drawdown, The trader has breached the rule.

Yeah they cater to lower income nations. A majority of their clients spend most of their time on their knees worshipping the idiot CEO.

Plus, in the US you have to use MatchTrader which is like the stuff that floats to the top of the toilet bowl after having diarrhea

Something is grinding my gear this morning. I set up two new scraper feeds on x and both of them came across Myfundedfx and swiftfunding owners talking about slippage as if their firms do not have any when infact myfundedfx is one of the worst from cfd props. From futures props MFFU is also one of the worst.

One of the upsetting things about the CFTC's behavior is that most likely it will get clowns like these guys off the hook. lets not get started talking about angelo either wow what a mess.

Alright Birthday month.......
1. Apex June payout hit the bank...
2. July first cycle Payout approved as well......
3. So went forward and cancelled the 10x50k (for me time is money so not gonna invest a single second in them coz 280$ worth of drawdown there)
4. July second cycle only 2750$ available for withdraw and will try to get the other PA to payout by then as well.
5. Prepping for 150kx20 it'll lovely if i pass them this month... (So i am going to be copying same A+ PA setup on evals so its going to be a bit slow grind)
