As I've been saying for a month or so my DZero risk factor has been at 0.19 but, drum roll please............it's now up to 0.21

Oddly enough, when I look at the graph it shows that it was at 0.18 for the past month which is strange. It was at 0.19 everyday during that time. Doesn't make sense.

So reprehensible that your agency is still on a fishing expedition, has presented ZERO consumer complaints in court, and your star witness in the case disagreed with you. These idiots running the clown show CFTC cost me >150K in profit splits @ MFF in the last 9 months.

No kidding. Its sounds like they are trying to get ahead of a pending ruling, that may not look good for them (CFTC).

Looks to me like credit ratings. Once delayed payment will last for 3 years in case of darwinex it is leverage. Once overlevarage it will last for 45 days.

Typical cover your own ass situation... she had no idea WTF was going on under her watch & only got involved once she became aware of the threat of being slapped with an impending embarrassing court ordered sanction.

If you paid attention to the public case of MFF from the first day, you would see they all knew what is going on. What the motivation for the case was, we will never know. Perhaps the fire that surrounds prop is the purpose.

Hi I want to purchase an EA. It has both MT4 an MT5 versions. I am familiar with MT4 but if it is better to purchase MT5 (also because some Prop's only has MT5) I will do that. What do you advise me?

If you advise me to purchase both version I can do that - but is a little bit excessive like being unfrugal.

I will use in MQL5.com VPS. What do you think about this VPS?

Well she was appointed in April of 2022 and has stated since then she has witnessed many disturbing practices. CFTC rot has been happening for decades, so time will tell if it can turn things around under her tenure.

The elimination of the Chevron Deference may clip the wings of many of these government agencies.

watch for real account performance over many years and dont let you cheat (watch not for backtests or whitelabel broker they own or small brokers or scam brokers or prop results ....).99,99% of selling EA are simple bullshit programmed and with results like this or extrem account risk (revenge trading, recovery trading, martingale / grid with crazy risk structure, very high SL so some trades kill all performance...), thats why they sell and dont trade for themself in big accounts.

-No doubt covering her own butt with these complaints. I imagine that she is probably hoping for some sort of reprieve for the CFTC so that they can still get what they want and not lose their jobs in the process.

She was quoted last year as saying that the CFTC's reach has no border, and that “It should be crystal clear that the CFTC will not stop in its pursuit of non-U.S. entities". The CFTC has also stated that "access to US customers is a privilege, not a right".

The fact that we have regulatory agencies that not only stake claim to all US citizens, as if we are their property, but that they have all rights to regulate specific types of products, globally, is something that I personally find questionable.

-Hopefully, you are right, but I wonder what she has actually done to fix things. She is obviously aware and has had ample time, yet things continue to happen under her watch.
