-Unfortunately, this is the nature of the beast, I suppose. These firms often have to employ measures to deter bad players, but it ultimately hurts everyone in the process. Best we can do is try to remain compliant by working within their system(s). We all know what this game is about. As such, it is my opinion that the best thing to do is to approach things intelligently and methodically, pulling out as much profit as possible before the game ends.

-I fully agree with this statement. It seems likely that Apex is experiencing growing pains and traders are the ones that are paying for it. My hope is that things will improve soon.

That being said, I would not be surprised if, as you say, the review delays are intentional. Things like that will only hurt them going forward, though, especially as more competitors enter this space.

I suspect that some traders may underestimate how extreme the movements can be, which can trip up traders sometimes. This can also cause some confusion if they are not familiar with how the market moves during those periods.

Interesting. Would anyone be interested if we have some dedicated thread here or even discord server or whatever to share our insights about futures trading, systems, ideas, for futures prop traders?

LOL, “growing pains”, really?!

Hundreds of people are screaming all over the web that Apex’s entire system doesn’t work, that they’re not being paid what they’re owed, that they were banned from Apex’s Discord for making any adverse comment at all, that they’re told they won’t be paid out if they can’t produce videos of their previous trading, that Apex’s customer service is totally unresponsive; even Apex’s longstanding fanboys are gradually announcing, finally, that they’ll have no more to do with the company … but you think those are all “growing pains”?

It makes one wonder what would have to happen for you to think that just maybe, possibly, they might look a little like “collapsing pains”?!

I must admit that "growing pains" is one of the most entertaining comments I’ve ever seen here.

Even Youtube is getting in on the act, now: at this stage, Apex can surely attract only customers who have done absolutely no due diligence at all (that might still be quite a few people, though).

Not taking sides or defending but I like that discretionary parte because I remember a guy being paid although he was slightly above 30% in one day. That's where the discretionary cames from and I like. You may not follow all rules and still paid (the good discretionary thing), which would not happen if it was a machine making automatic calculations.

However, this good discretionary element comes at an unacceptable price of 2 week for analyzing. This is totally off the acceptable limits.

Any thing discretionary will lead to bad reputation. I think apex should have dashboard for 30% rule and DCA ticker indicting rules broken or not.
This will avoid 1000000 tickets.

The "reasons" these blatant Apex crooks come up with, to deny payments, are absolutely breathtaking!

This guy even has every trade recorded on his blog: The "one execution" rule has been added recently, and while Apex have always made it clear they don't want DCA, this specific wording was not there when I signed my PA agreements with them.

Well if someone gets scratched by knife is it advisable to do suicide by gun? Lets compare apple with apples you are suggesting topstep which is more expensive, 25% less drawdown, more consistency rule, You need to make 30 days more than 200$ which will take months so you can't withdraw threshold. Only thing good I can think on top step is non trailing Daily Drawdown.
Max profit is 10K afterwards go live. If you go live you have to pay 120$ data fees. Who in the right mind is advocating topstep over apex.
I understand now apex is getting crappy but you are bad mouthing them before even DCA rules.

They seriously need DCA dashboard because in futures markets DCA is pretty much non existent if you put take profit on near orders.
For example If I buy 1 NQ at 19600 with 20 pip target and 20 pip stop. I and one more if price moves to 19590 with 20 pip stop.
If price moves to 19610 my second order with reach target but first order will be executed. Apex doesn't make it clear now should I able to add 1 more position if price retraces to 19590. For trader it has done only one time DCA but for person who is checking its DCA.
In CFD it is order based it is easier to keep track but in futures it is FiFO so it is not clear.
