I dont like the promotion at all. they should soon come up with better. Competitors giving 30-50$ challenges. As i said wont spend a penny until there is better offer.

Why not choose just monthly as it makes more sense for any bigger account. One time activation fees for bigger accounts is NO NO...

$212 per month, 8K profit target, 3K trailing max drawdown, $265 reset fee? Huh, what?

Other than the no activation fee, I'm not feeling it. Good luck though!

I am happy to pay activation afterwards. Coz giving up all the money upfront doesn't guarantee you gonna pass.... Better to go firms with cheaper challenges and activation fees.

but if you wanna go safe n secure and longer on bigger accounts its makes sense to go one time. I always buy one time on 50k coz i know i am gonna go slow and steady but there will always comes a day when i become wreckless not this time.

Here is an example with proof. Payout denied because of DCA
p.s. Next time don't shoot the messenger. And this is only 2000. Imagine if you wait to receive payout from 10 or 20PA copytraded. And now what? Maybe this guy will be contacted from their lawyers because of NDA?

They just denied payout but he still has the balance and just has to avoid DCA rule
i mean this rule was always there they just wasnt forcing it, if it was with forexs prop scams they would just cancel the account and bye bye

Over the last year or so that I've been reading this thread, at least 8-10 different "messengers" have appeared in it - including a known expert, a lawyer, a former regulator, several victims of scams, and so on. The problem is that they appear one at a time, and "the gang" has no problem mounting a coordinated attack against each; understandably, they get tired by it and stop posting. So there always appears to be a consensus here, simply because other views/facts/stories/information is instinctively rejected.

At the moment, the situation here, regarding Apex, is a repeat of what people were saying when MyForexFunds got into trouble.

It will be the same with Apex.

In spite of its owner's long scam-history with binary options, "nothing will be his fault." It will all be "crazy, incompetent regulators" and "corrupt courts" and "nanny states" and "government interference" all over again.

But until then, however much evidence mounts up, "the gang" will just deny it.

People can just not trade in prop firms if they dont want to follow the rules, if you want to play the game you need to respect the rules
Rules need to exist in prop firms for them to survive, we as traders cant have all in our edge it need too have a balance in props and traders
If we want too play our own rules we can just trade with our money

Yes or you just dont trade with props, rules are in terms when we sign up to prop challenges
If we dont want the drama of payouts rules ect we can just trade our own props, nobody is forcing us to trade props firms

If these case are everywhere you should not have the least difficult of finding posts, videos, tweets of people making the claim and providing evidence, print screens, etc.

For every forex prop scam that went down we had plenty of evidence, weeks or months before they disappeared. The evidence is still around, if anyone wants to revive history.

However, for Apex you fail to present that. You just keep saying that there are plenty of claims, etc but the only thing we saw was a reddit post 6 months old with zero proof, a futures forum with a thread dedicated to Apex which has no proof of wrongdoing, one or two posts in Trust pilot and nothing else I can remember of.

If there is so many proofs you will have no difficult in presenting those links, for the sake of your arguments. Until then it's obvious that people doubt about what you're saying. It reminds me when Angelo came here to FF selling his BS. He was quickly shoved and gave up after a week or so.

Yes here is one of their many 'rules' - You can not trade ORB?! WTF??
What is trading all about? It is about finding micro patterns and inefficiencies, then exploit them till they last.
What will be next? Pivot Points, VWAP??
Meanwhile their server has problems on almost daily basis lately, but hey it is not their fault. Of course it is Rithmic's. Interesting why then Topstep and Bulenox traders do not have these issues with their Rithmic servers.

I have no time to see of videos that are posted but if the payout was denied for DCA what's his point ? I briefly run the video and he keeps saying they should have handle that differently but I didn't understand what he meant.
DCA is a rule that was there since I remember. What exactly is he demanding ?
