Dislikeda question here:
when 5ema cross the 10 ema, you enter long.
what is it meant by exit short? exit your trade for 5/10 cross?Ignored
Nope, I hope the bellow image will explain a bit more...
If I'm in a current Short position following the 5ema,
and the 5ema cross the 10ema up-wards, I will enter a Long Position, not hedging, but merely taking a new position, locking in profit.
If by any change it does turn back, I will still have profit locked in... eliminating raging markets or false signals either by change or eagerness.
When the 5ema still go "north" I will exit my Short position when it cross the 20ema, banking the profits, and only continue with the Long Position
& Visa-Versa for Short's
