Yes, but if you pass additional evals, you can’t activate them until you “have room” (i.e. you’ve lost PA’s)

Max allocation is 100K before scaling (in 2 steps challenges) but there some users here saying that after 100K you may purchase another one, which is something I haven't confirmed yet.

Am new to all this but I can confirm that I have had the exact same problems, especially on lower time frame charts 1 and 5 min charts. I've also tried several internet providers to see if that resolves the issues, but to no avail. Another anomaly which may be related is order rejections, slippage and the fact that orders can remain open even though they have been closed, so I am always careful to check the POS and ORD tabs before I close the application, or just after I've concluded a trade, to make sure nothing is left dangling. The problem seems to be intermittent and eventually resolves itself.

One thing I have considered, since it seems to be a latency problem, is that I chose the default APEX server in Chicago for my first account, even though I am based in Europe. For my next account I will choose the server based in Europe and see if that resolves the issues.

P.S. Am also considering optimising the TCP buffer. But since this may actually be a problem at Rithimic's end, their servers memory usage etc, will see how I go on for now.

P.P.S Just had another thought. Perhaps you can change the Apex server location for your account? Not sure, and just popping out now. Will check later, if you manage to find a way to do it in the meantime, please advise.

Thanks for the response. I'm connecting to Singapore, closest to my location. Doesn't seem to help. RTT shows as 216ms on Quantower, but when I try to look at some charts, they complain about delays above 1s some times.

Yeah, have the problem of forgetting (I think) to close the orders remaining. Been lucky with them so far as they've been profitable mistakes, but really have to make sure all are closed before stepping away. I'm not sure if they are left over after manually closing all the orders or I just failed to close the SL/TP orders after manually closing the trades.

I truly hope these guys thrive in business. It seems to me that they are a positive thing in this industry full of scammers.
Something funny in this news rule is when the heads of central banks talk.

Like if 6 minutes after Lagarde or Powell start speaking the market is already very calm.

Some minutes before and after barely allows to adjust the microphone and say good morning (if they were latins this wouldn't even accommodate the traditional delays in Portugal, Spain or Italy to start events ).

You're right, it's a small detail but yes. About 30 hours for approval (which unfreezes the account allowing us to resume trading) and 31 hours (in my case) for the money to hit the bank (I'm not using Rise with them yet).

I can't understand how someone with 2x200K accounts is limited 300K per strategy.
Is that $300K worth per strategy ? I doubt, otherwise we could not trade more than aprox 3 lots EURUSD, for example.

If not, then what ? I think this is a very ambiguous and possibly stupid rule.

-You can, as JustPipMe mentioned, but you should wait to activate any accounts until you have open slots available in order to avoid going over the 20 PA maximum. You can have as many evaluation accounts as you want, completed or not, but you will just have to keep paying the evaluation fee each month in order to maintain them. Fortunately, the evaluation fees are usually discounted.
