Depends on how you trade, but always have a trading plan. Sometimes there is days and even weeks,when market does not move as you want and its normal thing in markets. But wait for your plan, and then just stick to it. Hope tomorrow it will be much clearer for you, take care and trade safe

Combining the analysis from all timeframes for XAU-USD:
1.Weekly timeframe: Strong bullish momentum with indications of overbought conditions.
2. Daily timeframe: Bullish bias with potential for some slowing momentum.
3. Four-hour timeframe: Neutral to slightly bearish stance with potential for range-bound movement or minor fluctuations.
4. One-hour timeframe: Bearish bias with potential for further downside movement in the near term.

Considering all these factors together, the overall conclusion is that while there is still some bullish momentum in the longer term, the shorter timeframes suggest a more cautious outlook with potential for consolidation or minor bearish movements in the near term.

There are many fundamental reasons for the downfall of gold prices in the coming days.

  1. The prices are too high, hence decreased demand in jewellery market.
  2. The rally is fuelled with the expectation of 3 rate cut this year, but, there will be only one rate cut, or no rate cut at all, that too later in the year.
  3. War is almost at the verge of ceasefire diminishing the safe heaven demand.
  4. The Chinese bank had added the least number in March, from November 22, banks also want to add at the lower price.
  5. Technically, as well price need a healthy correction to continue the rally.

I Wonder whether gold is not recovering these days its status of protection against inflation as it used to be in the past instead of being mainly influenced by the level of interest rates if we consider the recent evolution.
Any opinion ?

Touched support at 2325.75. Got excited early morning with East rally, but later on a serious drop. PPI another obstacle in the way for a upside burst.
