Based on price action seems that the top in gold is NOT in, we should see 2400 in the next 2-3-4 days...

I am 0.02 short now.

I will start shorting and 2360 probably 0.02 more. Then 0.05 at 2380 and if we ever get to 2090 I assume 0.05 more and if we ever get to 2400 around 0.10 or something...

Tomorrow I expect a real drop if we get to 2400... (It will be 2403-2405 or something around that area)

no.. not happening. market is not discounting a possibility of a rare rate hike. maybe we will see 2360 again but I suspect that will be sold as well

There is no upmove anymore. Gold is done with the upmove.

2 yr treasury is at 4.93% keep an eye on it. any move above 5% and close to 5.1% will trigger sell off. for now I think gold should be range bound

I am NOT an expert in gold, but I am an expert in EURUSD pair that just fell like 60 pips in 1 second. So I am commenting on that pair - the problem is that after this fall there is NOT a lot of room for another 100 pips fall if there is a rate hike or cut or whatever (technically EURUSD should fall if there is a rate increase but these days you never no). So the room for a big move downside is just not there at FOMC, which means that there is no room for a further big move downside for gold.

And gold now is at 50% retracement and it just does not look like it wants to take the low. So if it does not go down, it means that it will go up ...


EDIT: In the meantime it is around the low of the last move, maybe I am wrong. I am fully hedged now, will wait and see.

correct so better not speak if you are not an expert on gold. u are comparing a major with a commodity currency. Gold is up from 1600 to 2350 in a span of less than 2 years. it is clearly a balloon which is waiting to burst
