Of course it gets within a few pips of my TP before turning around and taking my stop. It knows exactly where my stops are so as to take them out, and exactly where my TP is so as to avoid them.

I know I know. I should have gone long after price goes up 1200 pips in about 150 seconds.

I don't want to offend you, but wouldn't it be better for you to take a little distance from the market? You have a lot of knowledge, but sad news from you every day.

Thanks. I should just quit entirely. Just went over my £24,500 of losses in total today. £4000 of that is this year. I've become very bitter and hateful and I don't like who I've become because this. I'm fed up of everything I'm told working only when I'm not doing it.

I think I understand the drivers of the markets quite well but I can't use that knowledge profitably. Incredibly frustrating. I'm also aware of how much I probably piss others off here.

I was 20% in profit earlier on. I've never wanted anything more in my life. Knowing my luck, by the time I get this, the currencies will have already collapsed and we'll be on CBDCs and all the money will be rendered utterly worthless.

have to see it tap 2201 first. whether rejection. or proceed to break towards 2222. before deciding a short. because price has already broken the wick. but it can be a fakeout or continue to break. my buy stop at 2188 already tp at 2195. small but okay. so waiting to see what it does at 2201. if it break then wait till 2220 to short or wait again.

I don't think anyone is pissed off at you; I think there is a genuine concern for your situation from what I see. I know its really hard to do when you are down, but please walk away for a week and give your brain a chance to reset. You will be amazed at what a couple of weeks away from the charts will do for you. You will come back and see things much clearer; the issue isn't anything except your brain right now. trading is quicksand, the harder you struggle the deeper you will sink.

It is a big big struggle. I have next week off work and I've told my GF that I quit trading (so I'm also lying to her which is nice). So next week will be a good opportunity to put this away.

Don't give up on it. Just take a break for a few weeks/ a month. Clear your head. Come back to it with a new outlook and maybe a new strategy.

I'm sure you don't expect any advice from me. I don't know their living conditions or their approach to failure. We've all probably experienced losses and a phase of confusion too.
For me, I have found out that clear structures, as with all decisions, are important. Decide in advance when in and when out with SL.
A break will do you good.
Maybe we'll see each other again, I'd be happy if you think it's right.

Currently 70 pips drop right now... It dropped heavy from 2198-2195. so does that mean there was sell orders waiting in that area, and/or could this just be a correction and then continue heading up?
