They won't change the interest rate today and that's fully priced in. What will move the market is the Fed's dot plot and economic projections.

I don't care much about the rate. It is an event that will move the market in one direction or another, or both directions. I try to focus on the reason of the current spike in gold price, which i believe are the sellers. What they do will be more decisive on short term in my opinion.

I definitely would not hold any bias moving into the news. We can see spikes pretty high, and im not saying from this coming news tonight but before this move to the upside is totally over I would not be surprised to see 23xx
