The most basic argument against Craig is that he won't sign the Satoshi blocks. This argument has a mirror: Why won't the "real" Satoshi sign the blocks to say Craig's a fraud?
Sure, there's a chance Satoshi died before Craig made his claims, but Craig wouldn't know that. Craig would be risking his freedom with industrial-scale perjury knowing that he could easily be exposed by the man he's impersonating. No way he'd do that. Unless, of course, Craig's the one who killed Satoshi?
