It need something big to happen to turn gold down. It is overbought but it still has room to go up. Tomorrow we have rate decision from the ECB no change is expected but this might send gold little higher or stay around the same levels as today. The big news is NFP on Friday this could send gold up to 2200 or send it tumbling down. How far up or far down depend on the volatility during that time.

It might be the reason of this big move up, the government shutdown they have been playing with this for weeks and giving a solution for short time lately. By the end of this week they have another deadline and they need to come to an agreement over that.

I used a demo account for some time. During february I made 500% profit in my demo account in only 3 weeks, I was ranked number 1 in the FF trading week's leaderboard
but when i opened a real account everything went against me.

Gold can be very dangerous. It can move ~50$ in one direction very fast. Probably GBPUSD or EURUSD is safer but Gold attracts me too

I have been expecting the pullback at 2115 and look how far gold has shoot up.

Demo accounts and cash accounts perform differently. I went through a bunch of cash when I started trading with cash, switch to micro lots and learned all over again how to trade. Just an idea.

Maybe you can do something of your own for your control?
By the way, I also find it very useful for public communication. (It protects you from offering a different review every 10 minutes and not even noticing that you are constantly correcting yourself).
Of course, changes are always possible due to market reasons, but if possible not due to weak analysis.

It was starting to stabilise but there was a ship that was hit in the red sea by a rocket, and a russian rocket almost hit the Ukrainian president and the visiting Greek prime minister!
So gold turned up again.

0.4 lots is small position (of course depends on your personal financial situation)

I guess price can reach 2190 and turn down. I doubt that it will touch 2200 on this up move, we should see some retracement.

0.4 lots at 2068 makes more than 3000$ loss
