For example, how on earth is Surge Trader still in existence. He has a prior charge of running a ponzi in his church......wouldn't this company be a better target of the CFTC? They went after the largest and most popular for a reason.
I am not against regulation, I am simply against the over reaching type of regulation which is, in reality, disguised as protection, when it is solely for the benefit of who is paying for it. Once again, Dodd-Frank is protecting me by limiting my leverage to 30:1 on spot fx, yet I can hop right over to my amp futures account and trade with 273:1. How does one not see right through the hypocrisy?
