You can trade freely always, provided that in the funded account you respect the 30% rule.
Then you will have limits on the withdraws for the first 3 months but you can accumulate as many profits as you want for the 4th month.

Let's join forces report The Funded Trader to CFTC!!!
The breach my account because I'm risk 3 % / trade but the daily DD is 5% is doesn't make sense

From $400k only make $20k they refused my payout!!!

Once you pass the eval, next step is to get the account to where the DD no longer trails. At that point, you are free as a bird. After 3 months is when the cap on your withdrawal is removed.

I want to buy more prop accounts around April/May. Thats when I will get the old black card out. Whoever is left by then should be trustworthy enough.

No trailing on funded accounts. Take it all at 90% split.

Nope. You need to make at least 3 withdrawals on 3 separate months to withdraw everything otherwise there is restriction based on account size.
