US funding companies very likely have an even higher % of US traders. Banning US traders would be immediately terrible for business and still will not save them from the CFTC if they decide to go after them next.

I saw that 'CEO' at a finance expo in London (as so many companies mix institutional with retail these days, people like that can attend).

Regulator much less likely likely to go after a firm no longer 'causing harm'. Especially if there are ones still doing so.

For the fact that you have been warned by the US government and other interested parties no to accept US clients and you still fine a way to do this
illegaly tells me these as follows:

2) That my money or any profit i will make is not safe with you by any means

3) That you are either young and stupid or old and stupid and that you don't even know the force your are contending with.

I will speak against this on twitter and call any sound trader no to do this.....I strongly believe that @Maventrading should be arrested and prosecuted.

What for?

I think he's stupid but until it's clear prop trading is unlawful in the US, then all he's going is encouraging US citizens to use a VPN. MQ, the broker, the tech provider etc may not like that, but that's a B2B / contractual matter, not a crime.

So if TFT the next largest funding co. in North America bans US clients... they would be considered no longer doing harm by the CFTC and the mountains of complaints against them will be ignored?!?!?!?!?
