If I do not get MT5 to trade with, then I would use a cloud copy tool, which can or should copy to DXtrade or cTrader from MT4 or MT5. Actually it is in progress, but there are some tools available. So there is no need to learn a new trading platform (every few months or so with the CFTC mess or other Federal agencies from US).

They had some problems in the past with their servers as they are young company. I hope they will sort out every problem.

Or even worse than that, that the CFTC fabricated a whistleblower after an unnamed company anonymously shared information, breaching NDA etc..

We can speculate about possibilities all day, but how beneficial is it to call people out in public on nonsensical things, while continuing to provoke and condescend at every turn? KarlKraus has no real business here, other than to push some kind of agenda, it seems.

Sounds good, do we need to use vps to run the platform , or only connected with them will do all things

Even if its the case, u should get the payment, breach happened for withdrawal means withdrawn finds r not part of that acc any more.
They may cancel the acc due to breach but can't deny the payment.
Unless they cheat.

there’s a pretty good deflection campaign going on.

i will ask a really big question regarding prop firms.

so there are 140 prop firms using fpfx. We know of a handful here the rest ???? Where are they? What are they doing? First class forex funds used fpfx, why no big media campaign to say you aren’t working with them anymore? Leveledupsociety? Rocket21? I am sure the list is large, how come the most legit in terms of paying out and conditions is the one targeted?
how come every time someone breaks from fpfx some legal drama ensues. Why would fpfx email the article to all 140 prop firms as it happens as if it’s trying to send a message to those who may leave them.

there is clearly more to this story that the FTC might want to be made aware of.

They placed the CTFC in a position they were always going to act because of their misrepresentation / fraud once they became aware of it.

You and others on here may give them a pass for it, but the reality is MFF's misrepresentation / fraud is the main reason why prop has had so much US scrutiny.

A court has decided there's a prima facie for all the alleged breaches, so again, just because people on here don't like the CFTC doesn't mean they're not applying the law correctly.

If you couldn't make money @ MFF with spreads & slippage better than retail @ similar ticket sizes executed then you couldn't make money anywhere else trading similar size. I copied every single trade from a personal broker account. MFF's results were always in line or better than the retail broker's results monthly, and that was with the retail broker as master not having to deal with latency.

-Nothing has been proven yet. Even making such claims could be considered defamatory at this point. You claim that MFF misrepresented themselves and even defrauded customers. Explain your reasoning. What proof do you have? The 'we win when you win' claim? Because nobody can argue that such a statement is false, when we already know that these firms benefited heavily by boasting about big payouts and blasting them all over social media.

Even if someone could make a case for false advertising, that should not even fall within the scope of the CFTC.

TradersConnect is what I use. Hoping to use my funded 5ers mt5 trades to copy into DXTrade, etc…

TC working around the clock on this now. They’ve been great across all 12 of my prop firm (mt5) accounts — all 100K, spread out a là Boulder’s suggestion

Does tradersconnect provide different IP for each instance? FTMO does not allow different accounts with same IP with same results.

Secondly - FTMO does not allow copytrading. Does tradersconnect bypass this restriction?

Im well aware who they are and what they do. It seems when a prop firm makes, hints they are going to break away from them, said prop firm suddenly gets thrown under the nearest bus.

-Additionally, it almost seems as if some props are not affected for some, strange reason. If there were ever negotiations/payoffs happening behind the scenes, then that could be a serious issue. If we ever consider that possibility, then those that refuse and/or are unable to pay an 'exit fee', could possibly become a target for a smear campaign. Just speculating here, of course.

I feel like those who complains about MyFF is never traded anywhere or just bad looser because if you are in US and Canada and have traded with Oanda and Forex.com knows what slippage is and what kind of manipulation they are doing and what CFTC is doing to prevent it. Grapes are always sour for a looser.
MyFF was the best thing that prop firm could have. Never had payment or withdrawal issue.

I don't think so.

Misleading / fraudulent financial promotions etc are clearly going to be in the scope of a financial regulator.

I use the E8-MT5-Platform and added the new server by clicking on "open new account" and seach for virtualMarkets as a company/server..

-I asked you already. Based on what? What fraudulent promotions? At this point, we do not even know if what MFF were doing should even fall under the same regulatory guidelines, since no actual trading was really even occurring.

Yeh just like profiting on a rev share basis with scams right?? Lets ignore MFF for one second. Lets talk about FPFX profiting from firstclassforexfunds, rocket21, LUS and many many more scams on a net rev share basis where their financial reward comes from the money in being high and money out being low. Their interest is purely in customers losing.

Lets address that for a bit, maybe we can find some common ground.

Regardless of the actual outcomes, the evidence so far has satisfied a court that there's a case to answer and the investigation itself that has caused all the scrutiny on the industry.

Whether you blame the CFTC of MFF, or a bit of both is another matter.

I don't see FPFX involved with the CFTC and courts.

We're talking about what has caused the current scrutiny.

Another example, who caused Deel to back out the industry? FPFX or the MFF investigation?

In terms of the rev share - where are those commercial B2B agreements being misrepresented to the customer?
