The rule against gambling would be probably the max lot rule on the funded accounts. Example for 50k account you can have MAX 20 lots open at any given moment, they said in the discord that thanks to this rules they won't be negating anybody's payout as they made sure that mathematically they can pay out such ammount. But if you go above that, then it's a hard breach, even if it was on accident.

No commissions but spreads are not tight.
For example right now, 8 am London time, 0.7 in EURUSD and 0.8 in GBPUSD.
Executions are good without any relevant slippage

Well pointed. I never remember that rule because I usually don't go above 5 lots

I'm with them for about 6 or 7 months and they already had zero commissions since my beginning. Spreads were a bit better then, though. Executions always good so far.

Here is a question whilst I continue trying to help a friend. Has anyone using prop firms (since its prop firm hub) traded with DXTrade or tradelocker? If so, what is their experience. Are there any interesting things of note?

Anyone with an institutional experience, I am very curious what their risk off ramp looks like, if you have any information.

Just secured 200k with myflashfunding … total funding reached 600k…

not the prettiest graph.. was making higher highs lol.. after every win setback

Well, I don't know anyone at either of these companies. On the internet I see a lot of complaining and hatred to them but I figured the folks in here might have more detail to that argument.

From my understanding, although its not going off of much, DXTrade has an engine for offramp that is from an old crypto open source platform thats been re-buffed and is workable but slow. Tradelocker doesnt appear to have any engine and is essentially just a picture with a price on it and no available off ramp and has a basic SQL for data management, a "made in china" platform for lack of a better description.

I have not used either platform nor do I want to buy an account just to try it, so I asked.

If you pass, be very protective of that account... considering the normal prop churn =35-40% accounts blown once live to 1st payout and 35-40% blown after every additional payout... FTMO might have <10 US traders by May.

For Holding 600k with them then it seems they are at least reliable and you trust them, am i right?

I actually think it's because when the CFTC started down this rabbit hole 2 years ago... the largest players were FTMO, Funding Talent & MFF. FTMO was outside their jurisdiction, Funding Talent self imploded... so that left MFF as the lone big fish for the CFTC to target.

Update on my post:
Their reply to Trustpilot reply is probably just a crafter template response they use so it would look like they care. They were asking me to reply in Trustpilot (with further replies disabled though, so that's not possible.
I emailed them with the link reference and my account logins, but no response. To be honest I did not expect another answer. On the original email thread in which they terminated my accounts, they sent one more email with a vague answer. Over the days, I sent 3 more replies to them wanting an explanation and reassessment, or at least just the payment of the final profits at which the accounts ended, but they have ignored me ever since.

Their first email in full:

Dear Trader,


I hope this email finds you well. We regret to inform you that, after a thorough review of your trading activities, we have observed behavior that goes against our established trading policies.


Upon analysis of your trading history, we have identified several patterns indicative of prohibited trading strategies that compromise the integrity of our simulated environment. It is crucial for all participants to adhere to fair and ethical trading practices, and deviations from these principles are taken seriously.


As a result, we must reject your payout request and take the necessary action of banning your account.


It's important to note that the data produced in your simulated environment is not representative of real-world market conditions, and as such, it is not usable or applicable to our firm's actual trading strategies. The purpose of our simulated environment is to provide a controlled setting for traders to practice and refine their skills within the boundaries of our established policies.
