In many many years of trading one of my criteria of finding a good firm is if they have a good knowledgeable, supportive and at
least 24/5 support staff's. And have never been wrong.

That's a tough criteria because it's very difficult to find good suport in this industry.

In my (not many) interactions I found 5ers and FTMO as the best and MFFx pretty decent (and surprisingly dead Funded Talent very good as well).

On the worse side the winner is clearly Funded Next, miles away from anyone else and TFF (and the dead TCF which was absolutely horrendous).

The other ones are average, which in props it mean it depends on who is on the other side. It may be good or bad, but more often bad than good.

Yes i agree, with Prop's it can be a little different. You said" On the worse side the winner is clearly Funded Next, miles away from anyone else....

Have not heard any payout denial from FundedNext, who has heard? or any other complain

Once again, more reason to stick with the reputable, established firms......Will people listen? Absolutely not! Keep using the garbage, expect to be treated the same.

The king of payout denials......I think they actually INVENTED "the only trade from 1 IP address" rule.

I milked them quite decently and had no denials but they are not trustable at all. It's clearly the champion of denials in Telegram groups and twitter, even worse than BeSpoke.

My review about them is a bit old. Probably some of the things are outdated:

Yes, there’s one called Lux Trading which uses it.

It’s a CFD one, not futures, but in spite of that issue it has a very good reputation, overall, and definitely a good record for paying out reliably.

No monthly subscription and no time-limit for the evaluation.

They have a couple of strange rules (one about position-sizing, one about not trading both forex and indices on the same account) but if those don’t bother you, they might be very suitable for you.

As always, read all the rules carefully and don’t pay for the evaluation until you know (from practice on demo) you can pass it under their rules.

Okay, good to know that you had no denials, i was already in before finding about this and personally i know some guys using without problem.

Lux is shady. They are known for having a subjective rule that they use to:
- decrease leverage
- postpone or deny payouts
- make people repeat challenges

Currently experiencing the slowest reissue of live funded account to date. Cant face messaging support I'll give them a few more days.

Yes, TFF is horrible with that. I will not be taking on any new firms where account isn't reset immediately. It's inexcusable. We know it can be done, it's simply a delay mechanism. I do not mind waiting for the payment, but delaying the trading is no go.

It's part of TFF business model to delay payouts.

Payout day is N.
On N they keep the account under review until lunch time (europe time). Then you parametrize the payout.
Usually they pay fast (same day or early next day), BUT.....

Credentials only come on N+1 mid afternoon, europe time. ALWAYS.
So this is not a temporary backlog or so. It's intentional and it's working like this for more than two years. You should never wait to receive credentials before N+1 mid afternoon. It won't happen even if you call Hungary Prime Minister, eheheh.

This means that you can't trade on N and most of N+1 (which for forex is 2 wasted business days). This makes the 14 days payout cycle into 16, 17 or 18, depending on the weekends.

It's deliberate behavior.
