Ok just passed Funding Traders 2 step challenge with 7 day payout. Got my funded account in less than 12 hours. They are in Dubai, however, they were not closed on the last holiday like another firm was. Will let you guys know how fast payment is when I get there.

Never heard about them and I'm not sure that they were mentioned here before. Any reason why you chose them ? Good reviews, payout proofs, etc. ?

Congrats. Is this 4% of your available drawdown? (i.e 4% of the $100k) or 4% of the $1m "simulated funds"?

They had a good Christmas deal and I saw a couple of Videos on Youtube from the Owner as well as there was no mention of them, I decided to be the Guinea pig.

no need instead risk .25% get 1% atleast payout every 2 weeks
Also share your experience on these funded accounts like slippage, withdrawals etc. Helpful to others who looking to purchase.
currently i am in phase 2 of myflashfunding and blue guardian. Experienced 1 -2pip slippage on execution most of the times….
phase 1 on alpha capital.. executions wise really good no issues.
for the fundedaccounts - skilledfundeetrader 400k with them all good so far some slippage but withdrawal (crypto) everything all good…bespoke(100k) account got my refund .. now all risk free

Not sure if one of them is FTMO, but they warned against this when I tried it. Said risking more than 0.5% or 1% is gambling and they'll take some action (not stated what).

In my 1st 15 months prop trading, I flew closer to the sun... a repeat of my historical max drawdown would easily bust my accounts. My monthly payouts from both FTMO & MFF were substantial and definitely interview worthy, however I almost lost everything the month the war in ukraine broke out (my worst month in last 3 years).

It's very tempting, but I would advise against yolo behavior @ your level of funding...

1. There is substantial time loss replacing those accounts if you run into a normal drawdown period
2. >10K payouts bring added scrutiny and meticulous manual reviews of your accounts. Props hate... HATE!!! traders that win @ high risk on live accounts... that is unless you do a marketing video lol. High risk profits = easier for them to find some angle to deny your payments for gambling behavior. The smaller the firm the more of an issue it is.

no man i won't i build this almost 6 month now,
i trade with funded engineer, 19th January i eligible scale up base on old rules 3 month and 10% 2 month profitable,
but now i checked website is 4 month now, you thing i still able to request scale up base on old rules ?

i trade 0.3%-1.5% range will never stretch more than that,

True.

I had another account with FTMO in verification stage that I've traded for a long time. Decided to pass it on Monday. Just trading small lots on it, but it's been 2 days and no news yet on a funded account. I checked and the previous funded accounts were obtained in less than a day.

My latest withdrawal is also taking some time. I've kept the lot sizes small on a swing account (1:30 leverage) with a margin level at about 300%, but approval for payout seems to be longer than before.

I think if my funded account blows up, I'm going to have to move away from FTMO for good.

I'll make sure I'll keep my lot sizes really small from the start if I ever try a new prop firm.

Prop web traffic trends...

Web traffic > challenge purchasers > blown challenge profits = payout money pool

The data is not perfect with botted traffic from smaller countries, however last time I filtered by just unique visits from US + Can + UK + EU (Germany/France/Spain/Italy) there wasn't much of a difference in positioning.

ACG & FE have made moves, as well as Trade day on the futures side.

MFF still being in the top 6 with no advertising or affiliate marketing is crazy. If they can get through this, It wont be that difficult for them to jump back to the top.

APEX have 80% off again. I am gonna give it a shot with 50k Rithmic account and intend to use Ninja.
Tried Tradovate but didn't like it. I do not like Ninja too, but if I understand right, you can connect to Sierra Chart later (with extra fee of course).

@pipmaster77 , would you share some tips and tricks for 5%ers and did you found any cons with them?
