yep so not an ambassador for ftmo or any firm. So do your due diligence. In the end your money, your time, your efforts and your risk.

Did a little checkup on FTMO complaints in this thread as I recall that one too.
Couldnt find the one tho where I remember some guy had a friend who told him that FTMO was specific about that if someone ever complained in social media their account would be terminated. But of course one must be careful to not trust anything one hears.

Even if FTMO has proven to be most stable of forex prop firms. History has shown they are not perfect and even more unreliable than the most unpopular futures prop firm.
But found other complaints about FTMO here from various users:

"i know for sure FTMO sold my data including my phone number. I got harassed for a while by Trading Academy who sells “Forex courses “. And I had given my phone number just to register for the Free Trial (big mistake). Never traded with them."

"FTMO They accused me of conducting off-market trades on their platform, which I did not do, and then suspended my account while absorbing my earnings.
I asked how does one prevent it as a trader
no response "

"I noticed ftmo froze for approx 30 minutes or so a few days ago as well, I've contacted them about it but have yet to get a worthwhile reply back. How long did it freeze for today?

The idea that FTMO is painted as "saintly" is frankly bizarre. Go and have a look at the hard time many many posters have routinely given their Founders and CEO on this very thread. We can only speak to our own experiences and mine has been trouble free with them. I trade, if I have a profit split it is paid with no issue.

We are all just milking this until the inevitable fall, so lets enjoy it while we can.

Does anyone have experience using automated EAs on funding accounts?

I came across FX2 Funding and they had an offer for the festive period, which I took only because they allow EAs.

I have another account with OFP that is manual and they don't allow use of EAs at all.

Looking forward to hearing about your experience and how it went, did it go in your favour or not?

Got an email from FXIFY introducing their new 3-phase challenge.

Of course, they don't have that option on their website.

Probably should have their infrastructure in place before getting their new year 3 phase erection. Limp city

i use tradersway and lqdfx offshore brokers. Services been good. otherwise oanda is the only reliable option for bigger accounts.

Been using Tradersway since 2014. However, they stopped onboarding NEW clients from the US a few years back. Not sure about Canada. They are, by far, the most reliable broker I have ever used.......and yes I have been through all of the "regulated" US brokers.....not even close.
I have used several other offshores as it has always been a part of my risk diversification strategy AND until recently, TW did not offer indices trading.
Now that I trade primarily prop accounts and my personal AMP account, I have 3 rather small accounts with Tradersway, Coinexx and LQDFX.

forex.com (Gain Capital) accepts customers from Canada. I know a few good friends who have large size accounts them them.
