There has got to be some accountability here. It looks as if this court may be ready to put the CFTC in it's proper place. They literally just do and say whatever they wish? Enough is enough of this ridiculousness.

I wish those of us funded could form a class action for lost income. Of course, past perormance cannot predict future results.....but man I'd love to just destroy these people. Our assets were frozen as well. I would consider a funded account generating profit an asset. They didn't just impact MFF's business, they also impacted all of the MFF funded traders. Response is...."oh well. sorry"

If there was no fraudulent & unconstitutional SRO freeze & appointed receiver from the start... everyone gets their payouts in Aug & MFF is still in business. They never would have lost control of their website & servers through the CFTC vs MFF hearing & trial until the CFTC proved & won their case against MFF in court... FU CFTC

As the SEC and CFTC continue to overstep and behave like untouchable bullies, they will be sure to send a very clear message that their activity is likely being driven by some very questionable agenda(s), which will hopefully prompt internal investigations that will lead to restructuring, repurpose and/or dissolution etc..

As far as I can objectively see, people like Gary Gensler and Caroline Pham seem to be nothing but puppets, being used to carry out the agendas of various, unspoken and unseen beneficiaries.

If false statements are proved these people should be sent to jail. That would be the only way of ending impunity and make all the others think twice before lying and fabricating false allegations. MFF is way more honest that the guys accusing them.

I know this thread is about prop firms. But all I can say is good luck. If you are curious about the destiny of US trading look at current state of Germany. You think we dont live in a globalized world maybe? Well good luck again.

Is this actually news and how it works in this society? Not sure Im following. Its as if this forum for most part think US is some kinda paradise like in 80s etc. But everything has been revealed more or less how the inner structures work. This is why I recommend. Do not bother with giving that court case any energy if you are a sane person. The moment they touched it, its over. People can whine cry. How it works the machine doesnt care about the whining of the few. Just look at France. How the people went in circles there for years walking around like actual "yellow" cattle thinking someone would listen them walking around in a circle. THen some come here think its different in other countries in west. If you trade, how do you manage to not think logical about the situation in the world. But again not part of this thread.

here is the update for day 4 and 5
1. blueguardian passed phase 1 in one day finallyyy its been a sucker for multiple days.
2. myfff phase 2 down 2.3%
3. Skilledfunded phase 2 down 4.5%

Sometimes there is a drawback of not copying trades. If i just copied today blueguadian i would have been positive all over the board. But nevermind will focus on each individually and pass them.
